Water Otter exists to foster clean water stewardship and to support water and wastewater industry professionals by providing a complete continuing education program. Our larger mission is to raise awareness of the value of the water and wastewater industry and to educate the public with regard to their own responsibility for protecting our most valuable resource – our water.
